Cupping and Gua Sha

Cupping and gua sha are manual therapies ideal for acute conditions including trauma from strains, sprains and overuse. Cupping and gua sha can also be used to help battle acute colds and upper respiratory infections. These therapies work to promote blood flow and circulation to muscles and tissues, supplying oxygen to the cells, loosening knots and aiding in the release of toxins and fluids.

This Japanese healing modality uses a gentle hands-on, or hands-off, technique to balance the energy in the body. It works with the body’s energy centers, or chakras, to clear energetic debris and blockages. It is effective for both physical and emotional imbalances.

Ear Seeding
This technique involves placing
seeds on your ears that serve
as acupressure devices to
promote further comfort and relaxation. Ear seeding can stimulate pressure points that alleviate pain and promote healing in different parts of your body. This will consist of a 10-15 minute visit with a discussion and placement of seeds.
